CANCELATION POLICY

We strive to provide the best service experience to our subscribers. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription, please carefully review our cancellation policy outlined below: 1. Notice of Cancellation • To cancel your subscription, you are required to provide notice at least 1 full billing cycle before the desired cancellation date. This means your subscription will remain active until the end of the next billing period following your cancellation request. 2. Final Billing Cycle • Upon cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the next billing cycle. After this due to the nature of a spread payment, you may be due a refund or you may have a small remaining balance to settle. 4. Trial Periods & Special Offers • If you are on a trial period or promotional offer, cancellation must also follow the 1 billing cycle notice requirement. You will be charged for one full billing cycle following the cancellation request, if applicable. 5. Session Cancellation • If a session is cancelled due to adverse weather. You will be refunded the cost of the session. 6. Auto-Renewals • All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid automatic renewal, please ensure your cancellation request is submitted before the next billing cycle begins. 7. Early Termination • No early termination fees apply. However, once you cancel, you will still be responsible for the final billing cycle following the cancellation notice. 8. Modifications to This Policy • We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to subscribers at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
