Racket Re-stringing & Maintenance
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Please book a time slot that you will be able to drop your racket at the club for Billy to collect. He will then pick up the racket and contact you directly to finalise payment details and to arrange a collection point, date & time. CANCELATION POLICY
- Where possible restrings will be completed and returned for collection within a maximum of one week after request and drop off - If restrings are unable to be completed within the previously stated one week period, due to unforeseen circumstances (Including but not limited to, staff illness, string unavailability or string delivery problems), clients shall be contacted informing them of a new estimated drop off day/time. - Next day stringing requests will be subject to a £5 fee. It will be at encompass coaching's discretion as the whether this request can be met. Where an aforementioned request cannot be met, the £5 fee will not be charged.
