Self-arrange matches for the preliminary rounds from April to August 2025.

PTC Club Champs Draw for each event published and emailed to all participants with play by dates.

 Players will be required to contact each other to arrange matches. Court bookings and provision of balls will be the responsibility of entrants for the preliminary rounds. On completion of matches the winner/s will then be required to confirm the match result by posting it on the draw sheet at the club.  Formats and draws will depend on number of entries per event.

‘Club Finals Day’ being the weekend of Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2025.

Finalists from each category get to play in front of friends and family on a special day of tennis at Pershore Tennis Centre. 

Club Finals day will be hosted and led by one of PTC's coaching team who will schedule matches and present cups/prizes.
