FAQ'S

  • How often & when will my card be billed? 
    We will bill your card once per month in line with the date you purchased your subscription. E.g. if you started your subscription on April 2nd, your card would next billed on May 2nd and each subsequent month on the 2nd.
  • How do I know my details are stored securely?
    Encompass coaching does not store any card details directly. All billed card details are collected and stored by a third party payment processor called Adyen. For more information on the company, please follow the link to their official site: Click here
  • How are the monthly payments calculated? 
    - Payments are calculated based on the cost of your 1 hour weekly session (may vary depending on venue) spread across a 38 week rolling annual programme. E.g. an hours weekly session charged at £8.50 times a 38 week programme would equal £323, spread over 12 months would be a payment of around £27 per month. - If your session takes place on a Monday, the payment is based on a 36 week programme, to account for no sessions running on bank holidays.
  • Will my subscription automatically roll on into the next billing cycle? 
    Yes, unless you cancel your subscription with us, we will continue to bill your card until instructed otherwise by you.
  • Do I need to book my child on to the session separately after I have purchased my subscription(s)?
    No, the admin team will book your child on to the sessions once the subscription has been purchased within 1 week of signing up.
  • How do I cancel my subscription? 
    By contacting Andy Woodyatt on a.woodyatt@encompasscoaching.co.uk to request a subscription cancellation.
  • How much notice will I need to provide to cancel my monthly subscription? 
    You will need to provide 1 months billing cycle notice to cancel your spread payment. For example if your subscription is taken on March 21st and you request to cancel on April 3rd, your final payment will be taken on April 21st.
  • When will my child's last session be if I chose to cancel my subscription?
    Your child will be able to attend sessions up until and on the date of your final payment
  • When cancelling my subscription will my balance be settled upon my final payment?
    Potentially. However, due to the nature of the spread payment structure, you may be due a refund, or you may have a small remaining balance to settle when cancelling.
